1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Cozy Corner Holiday Homes services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
• Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in
• Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of our house rules
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Security deposit of AED 1,000 is required for all bookings
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or damages

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations 7-30 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
• No-shows forfeit the entire booking amount

5. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Comply with all house rules and regulations
• Treat the property with care and respect
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy limit
• Be responsible for the actions of all guests in your party
• Vacate the property by the agreed check-out time

6. Property Rules

• No smoking inside the property (Fine: AED 3,000-5,000)
• No parties or events (Fine: AED 2,000)
• No pets allowed unless prior approval obtained
• Quiet hours must be observed (10 PM - 8 AM)
• Lost access cards incur AED 500 replacement fee

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• We are not liable for personal injuries or property damage during your stay
• Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Force majeure events may result in booking modifications
• Photography may be used for marketing with guest consent

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to arbitration
• These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE
• Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
